JKN Electronics, Inc. markets two full featured, American made Digital Event Recording Surveillance Products with DSP based Motion Detection and hardware Triggered Event Detection - the Xpress Plus (8 video inputs) and the XPress Lite (4 video inputs).

All members of the XPress family come with a variety of software, including the XVCR application, which provided the user friendly and easy to learn features of a VCR unit. This user friendly software provides complete control of all of the video inputs, compression and digital surveillance playback features. A powerful, well documented and full featured optional Software Developers Kit (SDK) allows system integrators and OEMs to customize digital surveillance applications to their specific requirements.	The XPress Plus is a multi-channel, PCI-bus, wavelet video compression board for digital surveillance applications. Its primary features include eight camera inputs, one video output and up to eight hardware activated input triggers. The XPress Plus also features a powerful digital signal processor (DSP) which provides user defineable motion detection and activation controls.   The XPress Lite is the lowest-cost offering in the XPress family for use in digital surveillance applications. Utilizing the same architecture and software as the XPress Plus, the XPress Lite features four video inputs, one input trigger, one output trigger and four standard on-board BNC connectors. The XPress Lite also features a powerful digital signal processor (DSP) which provides user defineable motion detection and activation controls.
